Upholstery Cleaning

All of our upholstery cleaning services include ALL of our premium inclusions:

PRICING

​

Upholstery cleaning is charged at a rate of $50 per seating section for fixed cushions and $65 per seating section for removeable cushions.

​

*Chaise sections are classified as 2 seating positions. Cushions that are not fixed are charged as a higher rate because there is double the surface are to treat and clean. Pricing is only for Synthetic fabrics.

Leather cleaning

Leather is hand scrubbed with a professional grade chemical specifically picked by our technician to suit your leather type and condition. After cleaning is completed, we will apply a conditioner and protector.

PRICING

​Leather cleaning is charged at a rate of $70 per seating section for fixed cushions and $85 per section for removeable cushions.

Delicate fabrics 

Delicate fabrics are cotton, linen, viscose or any blend of fabrics that include one or more of these. For example it is common to have cotton and polyester furniture, this would be charged as a delicate fabric clean.

Delicate fabric cleaning is charged at a rate of $90 per seating section for fixed cushions and $110 per seating section for removeable cushions.

*Delicate fabrics require specialist cleaning methods and chemicals, these  fabrics are easily destroyed if cleaned by an unexperienced operator. Chaise sections are classified as 2 seating positions. Cushions that are not fixed are charged as a higher rate because there is double the surface are to treat and clean.
