The customer then contacted us to attend and do the job properly ! We were amazed at the amount of dirt left in the carpet after this "professionals" attempt.
Carpet dry cleaning, known in the industry as encapsulation, is effective at cleaning but no where near as effective as Hot water extraction. In some cases encapsulation cleaning will give you better results but unfortunately people use this method because it is much faster, little consideration is given to the end results.
