This Job was a challenge, the client stated the carpets have not been professionally cleaned in over 7 years !

Even though the carpet was a delicate fibre and we need to be careful with chemicals and the level of agitation we were still able to get awesome results.

Wool Carpets need to be treated with a low Ph chemical, a high Ph chemical can destroy the fibres. Another challenge we face is stains, any protein based stains cant be treated with our standard protein spotter, we need to use other options to ensure the fibres are not damaged.

Customer was wrapped with the end results and happy she spent the extra money for a better service.
